Our Core Values
Requirements
Identification:
Every signer must show valid (not expired) photo identification.
Examples: Drivers License, State ID, Passport, Military ID Card, US Alien Registration Card
Physical Presence
The signer(s) being notarized must be present at the time of the notarization.
Competency and Comprehension
All signers must be competent, aware, and able to demonstrate to the notary that they comprehend the material being signed.
Foreign Language
Each signer needs to be able to explain what he or she is signing in English directly to the notary, without a translator.
